What kinds of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal and bitcoin.

Are there bulk discounts?

If you are buying goTenna for organizational use and/or in very large quantities, shoot us an email and we'll see what we can do for you.

We offer military personnel a 15% discount off a first pair of goTenna Mesh. This discount is for personal use only. Click here to take advantage of that offer.

We offer each new subscriber to goTenna a one-time only 10% off discount on their first order. This discount is limited to new subscribers and is for personal use only. Please sign up through our homepage lightbox to receive your code.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We hope you love goTenna, but if not, we will happily accept exchanges or returns if postmarked within 30 days of receipt. (For returns, please note that if you paid with bitcoin, we will refund you the purchase price by check. Please share the address where we can send the check when you contact us.) Contact us to learn more.

Definitely note that we have a 1-year limited warranty, so if there's anything dysfunctional with your devices — hey, it can happen! — we are happy to exchange your faulty goTenna for a brand-spanking-new one!

What comes included in a goTenna purchase?

Beyond two devices, you will also get two micro-USB cables so you can recharge the goTennas. You can charge goTenna in any standard USB port that is connected to power.

I didn’t get an order confirmation. Did my order go through?

It can take an hour or so for your order to be processed, so give it a minute. Also, check your spam folder just in case. If you need more help, please email support@gotenna.com and provide the email you used to place the order, the date and time of your attempt, and what you tried to order.


How long will it take to ship after I've purchased goTenna?

Most orders ship next business day. In some cases, orders may take up to two business days to process, so please allow for two full business days from the time of purchase until the time the order ships. In other words, if you need to receive your order within three business days, we strongly recommend selecting overnight shipping to account for two days of processing and one day in transit.

What are the options for expedited domestic shipping?

In addition to free ground shipping, we offer two-day and overnight shipping options for domestic orders. Two-day shipping includes 0-2 business days processing plus 1-2 business days delivery, or 1-4 business days. Overnight shipping includes 0-2 days processing plus 1 business day delivery, or 1-3 business days.

Can I update my shipping address after placing my order?

If you need to change your shipping information after placing your order, contact us immediately. Our distribution facility has certain cut-off times depending on when your order was placed, and we'll do everything we can to help you out.

Can I upgrade my shipping speed before my order ships?

Yes! Just write us at support@gotenna.com, and we'll charge you the difference.


How does the referral program work?

 At the end of checkout, you’ll receive a unique referral link to share with friends on the order confirmation page. (If you missed it there, check your email receipt for a link that will allow you to get to a referral page.) Share your unique link and anybody who clicks on your link and makes a goTenna purchase will be credited to you within a week. Each referral will earn you $10 back, up to the cost of a pair of goTennas ($149). Refer 20 friends and you could make your pair of goTennas free!


How will I know if someone uses my referral link?

Our sweet technology tracks everything in real-time, but it may take up to 30 days to verify a referral as we want to minimize fraud. A friendly human will be in touch with you once we've confirmed a successful referral. If you think you successfully referred someone but haven't heard from us in more than 30 days, please email us and we'll sort it out.

How will I receive my referral credit?

We will credit back your original form of payment, but it may take a week for it to appear on your statement after we've contacted you to confirm the referral.
